I've been working with women 40+ for over a decade now and I've seen their frustrations with gaining weight and what seems the impossible task of losing it.
I've experienced it myself also, so I know how frustrating, tiring and confusing it can be.
When I turned 40, I began gaining weight for no apparent reason. I panicked and tried cutting more calories, keto, double workouts and sadly even resorted to the now banned HCG diet.
Thankfully, through a lot of trial and error, defeats and setbacks, I have finally found what works.
It’s called the 20/12 Method, and it is a game changer!
Now, at 48, I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been —and I still enjoy wine, dinners out, and a life that feels good and balanced.
I don’t punish my body with crazy workouts anymore because honestly, I don’t want to be sore all the time? I quit burpees and box jumps because this 48 year old body just can’t take that intensity anymore.
No more feeling hungry and deprived or following complicated rules, just to see no change and quit.
I can honestly say, I feel happier, healthier, stronger, more fit, and more confident now than I ever have.
